His pragmatic approach has helped drive financial success and market growth across multiple highly complex organizations, including energy, manufacturing and retail. In current role, Ravi is responsible for driving digital transformation, customer experience design, new digital products and services, operational efficiencies, partnership ecosystem, and innovation investments. Ravi’s prior roles include data driven product strategy and growth leader at GE, and management consulting at KPMG. Ravi holds a management degree from Kellogg School of Management.
