Manoj Mathew is Vice-President at Cognizant, responsible for the Sustainability Advisory and Services practice globally. He works across markets with primary focus on manufacturing and energy, agri-business, life sciences, logistics and the consumer products business.
Manoj’s current focus is on rethinking transformation models to deliver on resource reduction goals — and helping companies transition to new revenue and supply chain models underpinning sustainability goals. The Sustainability practice in Cognizant is set up to deliver an end-to-end services from risk advisory through to technology integration.
He has over 25 years of experience in defining and delivering business transformation in areas such as offshore energy, mobility, industrial assets, defense and maritime operations and infrastructure renewal.
Since 2013, in Cognizant he has performed various roles in strategy consulting, running commercial teams, driving synergy and integration with acquisitions as well as executive client engagements.
He has a degree in Electrical engineering from the University of Kerala and is based out of The Hague, in The Netherlands. He is married to Manju and has a sixteen year-old son, Joseph. In his personal time, he loves travelling to find cultures through food and music.
